Directions: To make chocolate portion, blend sugar and egg in top of double boiler.
Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is amber colored. Remove from
heat; add butter and chocolate. Stir occasionally until butter melts.
Chill until of spreading consistency.
Spread chocolate frosting on top and sides of cooled cake.
Then combine confectioners sugar and milk and beat until smooth.
Spread lightly over chocolate frosting on top of cake. With spatula,
lightly draw lines as desired to form design.

Barcardi rum chocolate cake Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour two 9-in layer cake pans. Combine
all cake ingredients together in large bowl. Blend well, then beat at
medium mixer speed for 2 minutes. Turn into prepared pans. Bake for 30
minutes or until cake tests done. Chocolate cookie crust 1. Crush the cookies, and melt the butter.
2. To make the base, mix the crushed cookies with the butter and cinnamon. Press the mixture evenly onto the base of a pan to make a crust.
Chocolate brown sugar cookies Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together the butter and the
brown sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add honey.
Measure flour and baking soda (I usually just mix the soda in with the
