Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars



Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Peanut butter; 1/4 c Water;
2/3 Cup(s) Nonfat dry milk powder; 1 1/2 oz Corn or wheat flake cereal;
2 Teaspoon(s) Unsweetened cocoa; 2 tb Raisins;
5 Teaspoon(s) Sugar; or sugar sub;
Directions: In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, dry milk, cocoa, sugar and water. Mix until well blended. Stir in cereal and raisins. Press mixture into bottom of a 4X8 inch loaf pan. Chill 30 minutes or longer, cut into bars and serve. Per serving: 9g protein, 5g fat, 21g carb., 248mg sodium, 2mg chol., 170 calories.
