2 1/3 Cup(s) confectioners' sugar
1/3 Cup(s) shortening
1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 + 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 2/3 Tablespoon(s) dry skim milk
1/3 Cup(s) cold water
1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions: Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl and add shortening. Mix at low speed. Add 1/2 cup cold water and mix until smooth. Turn mixer to medium speed and continue mixing as remaining water is added. Add vanilla. Scrape bowl and continue mixing until frosting is light and fluffy.
