Directions: In a double boiler melt the butter. Slowly whisk in the chocolate until smooth and silky.
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate one by one and arrange so that they do not touch one another on a sheet of waxed paper.
Refrigerate the strawberries for 1-2 hours until the chocolate has set.
