Chocolate Decadence



Ingredients:
3 large egg
1/3 strained prune
3/4 chocolate chips
5 1/3 Ounce(s) skim evaporated milk
4/23 Pound(s) flour
4 Ounce(s) cocoa powder
326/625 Pound(s) sugar
1/4 confectioner's sugar
1 low-fat frozen whipped cream
Directions: 1. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa, and flour in medium saucepan. 2. Slowly add evaporated milk, whisking until smooth. 3. Heat gently, while stirring, until very warm. 4. Do not boil. Remove from heat. 5. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. 6. Add prunes. Stir together. 7. Beat eggs together for 3-4 minutes until frothy and thickened. 8. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. 9. Gently fold in chocolate mixture. 10. Pour into lightly greased 10 in. springform pan. 11. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center has some crumbs sticking to it. 12. Do not overbake. It will be quite moist. Cool. 13. Dust with confectioner's sugar. 14. Garnish with whipped topping. 15. Cut into 10 wedges.
