1. Combine cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, nectarines, black- or blueberries, watermelon and cherries in a large bowl; sprinkle salad with lemon juice and toss Delightful cabbage salad Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a 350 degree oven for about 10-12

with salt and pepper.
Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to

Potato stuffed cabbage (vegan) Parboil cabbage and separate the leaves. Slice off part of the heavy
stalk of each leaf by slicing parallel to the leaf (do not cut into
the leaf).
Grate potatoes, small inner leaves of cabbage, and one of the onions.
Mix together. Add ric Pineapple salad Shake oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar in tightly covered
jar. Twist top from pineapple; cut pineapple into fourths. Cut fruit from
rind; remove core and any "eyes." Slice each fourth lengthwise; cut
crosswise into chunks.
Pomegranate jeweled spinach salad To prepare dressing, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, shallot, cumin, and salt; whisk in oil. Reserve. Starting in a cold fry pan, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until almost crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels; cool. Potato spice cake Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and spices. Cut
shortening into flour mixture till fine as cornmeal. Add all at once
milk, pototoes, unbeaten eggs and flavoring. Beat till smooth. Beat
in nuts and raisins. Pour into a la Warm potato and tuna salad. 1. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until
tender.
2. While the potatoes are cooking mix together the spring onions, most of
the parsley, the lemon juice vinegar and olive oil. Drain the potatoes and

Toss the potatoes, oil and garlic in a 13 x 9-inch roasting pan. Bake at
450 degrees F. until tender, about 20 minutes, stirring once. Let cool,
