Ingredients: 4 Pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 Clove(s) minced garlic 1 Teaspoon(s) minced ginger 4 Ounce(s) chopped green onion 1 Ounce(s) soy sauce 1 red pepper flakes 1 Pound(s) cut into florets broccoli, fresh |
Directions: Fill bottom part of a steamer with 1 inch of water; bring to boil.
Toss chicken with garlic, ginger, green onion, soy sauce and red pepper flakes, coating breasts well. Place chicken in the steamer basket, pouring remaining soy sauce mixture over chicken. Lower basket into water containerl reduce to a rapid simmer, and cover with lid. Steam for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken breasts, add broccoli, cover, and continue steaming until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender, 5 to 6 minutes more.
Serve hot.
