Ingredients: 1/2 Tablespoon(s) capers 869/10000 Ounce(s) fresh chinese noodles 2 Tablespoon(s) sesame oil 1 chopped garlic clove 1 Tablespoon(s) fine chopped fresh ginger -1 Gram(s) crabmeat 6 Ounce(s) cooked shrimp 1/2 english cucumber sliced thin -1 red pepper sliced thin -1 Gram(s) rice vermicelli 151/193 Pound(s) snow peas |
Directions: Wash and trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough
boiling water to cover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set
aside. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4
minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside. In
large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp
and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil,
pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this
dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before
serving.

Stir in apples, celery, and nuts. Serve on salad greens. Cover and
refrigerate any remaining salad.
Hot german potato salad ii 1. Slice potatoes into a large, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl.
2. Add crumbled bacon.
3. Place oil or bacon fat in a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non- metallic
bowl.
4. Add the 1/2 cup chopped onion and heat, uncovered, in Micro- wave O Roquefort salad Wash the lettuce under cold running water; strip off the leaves by hand,
one by one, and dry well. Rub the inside of a salad bowl with the garlic
and discard the clove. Place the walnuts in the bowl; add the Roquefort
