Chinese almond cookies Pre-heat oven to 325
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together into a bowl. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Add egg and almond extract. Mix well. If the dough doesn't not seem to be fully mixed, leave it aside for Chinese: golden crown restaurant house special chow mein Boil chow mein noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or very large frying pan. Stir-fry
noodles for 3 to 5 minutes, or until crisp and light brown. Remove
