Boil together the vinegar, 1/2 cup sesame oil and sugar.
In a frying pan, heat up the 3 Tbsp of sesame oil and the peanut oil and saute the ramen noodle pieces, almonds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds until the noodles and sesame seeds are brown.
Toss greens, dressing and ramen-goo when ready to serve. Cooked chicken may be added.
