Chinese Barbecued Ribs



Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) Fresh Pork Spareribs
1/4 Cup(s) Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup(s) Hoisin Sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) Honey
2 Tablespoon(s) Dry Sherry
1 Centiliter(s) Garlic, crushed
Directions: Have spareribs cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces. Place ribs in shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over ribs. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove ribs from marinade, reserving marinade. Arrange ribs meaty sides up in a single layer on rack in foil-lined broiler pan. Brush with reserved marinade. Cover and cook at 325F degrees for 1 hour. Brush ribs with marinade. Cook uncovered, brushing occasionally with marinade, until done, about 45 more minutes.
