Chimichurri



Ingredients:
1/2 Bunch(s) finely chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 finely chopped parsley leaves
3/16 Cup(s) red wine vinegar
1/2 Cup(s) olive oil
1/3 Tablespoon(s) kosher salt
1/2 Slice(s) juiced lime
1/2 minced jalapeno peppers
4 minced garlic cloves
Directions: To prepare the Chimichurri: Combine garlic, jalapeno and lime in a small bowl. Whisk in vinegar and olive oil. Stir in parsley and cilantro. Add salt, cover and let stand 2 hours to allow the flavors to marry.
