Chilies Rellenos Bake



Ingredients:
8 large Eggs
1 Cup(s) Sour Cream
1/4 Cup(s) Salt
2 Drop(s) Red Pepper Sauce
2 Cup(s) Shredded Jack Cheese
2 Cup(s) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Can(s) Chopped Green Chilies
Directions: Heat oven to 350F degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13X9X2 inches, with shortening. Beat eggs, sour cream, salt, and pepper sauce in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in cheeses and chilies. Pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in center. Serve with salsa.
