Directions: Lightly grease a 10" pizza pan. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, tomatoes with juice and oregano. Stir well to break up tomatoes, then simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes or until well thickened; cool. Preheat oven to 375'F. (190'C.). Put flours, salt and yeast in a bowl and mix well. Add water and mix to form a dough. Knead well, then roll to a 10" circle. Line greased pizza pan with dough.
Brush surface of dough with a little of remaining oil and cover with tomato mixture. Drain and chop chilies and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with remaining oil. Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes. Top pizza with pepperoni and olives and bake 10 minutes. Cut in wedges. Garnish with tomato roses and parsley sprigs, if desired, and serve hot.

cloth bag. Add bag of spices and remaining ingredients to tomato mixture.
Continue cooking 90 minutes. Remove Black bean chili SORT THROUGH THE BEANS and remove any small stones. Rinse them well, cover them generously with water, and let them soak overnight. Hot pepper jelly 6 oz Certo, bottle
6 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Ground pepper, sweet
1/4 c Ground peppers, hot
1 1/2 c Apple cider vinegar

Note the ratio of hot (1/4 cup) to sweet White bean chicken chili 1/2 ts Ground cumin
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan on mediumhigh heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes.
Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
Spinach pierogi pizza Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 13 x 9" pan. Unroll dough and
place in greased pan; starting at center, press out with hands.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown. Meanwhile,

simmer until the carrots are soft.
Place the mixture and the chiles in a blender, and puree the mixture

garlic, and bell peppers then saute for 10 minutes. Add the chicken

In a 5-quart Dutch oven or heavy saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. In three batches 45cal chili 1. Place the rinsed beans in a bowl, add 2 to 3 cups of water and soak
overnight. Check the beans occasionally and add water as necessary to keep
them moist.
2. Pour the beans and the water in which they were soaked into a heavy

cheese. Press garlic clove. Add optional ingredients. Pour in remaining
sauce and cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until sides are golden brown. **Note:
this recipe fills 9x13. For us S&w kick-off chili Brown ground beef and ground pork sausage with onions and garlic in a
large heavy pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add bell pepper and
smoked sausage chunks. Continue cooking 5-10 minutes, then reduce
