Chili Mac 'n Cheddar



Ingredients:
1 Package(s) Elbow Macaroni
2 Can(s) Chili with beans (15 oz)
1 Can(s) Whole tomatoes, undrained
1 Can(s) Diced green chilies (4 oz)
1 Cup(s) Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions: Prepare Elbow Macaroni according to package directions; drain. In large skillet, combine chili, tomatoes with juice and green chilies; mix well. mmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni; sprinkle cheese over top. Cover; simmer until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and corn hips. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 6-8 servings.
