Ingredients: 1 Onion; chopped 2 Bell peppers, green; chopped 1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms; chopped 3/4 Cup(s) Water 3/4 Cup(s) Flour 1 Cup(s) Peas 3 Cup(s) Soymilk 2 Tablespoon(s) Tamari 4 Ounce(s) Pimiento, chopped |
Directions: In a large pan, cook onions, green pepper and mushrooms in 1/4 c water for
10 minutes. Remove from heat. Blend in flour. Then slowly stir in 3 cups
soymilk, 1 c water and 2 T tamari. Cook over medium heat, stirring almost
constantly till mixture boils and thickens. Stir in pimiento. Cook and stir
about 2 minutes longer to heat pimiento. Serve hot over rice, whole grains,
toasted bread, baked potatoes, potto baskets or pastry puffs.

Add 2 cups cold water to the mix and stir "better than marie's" cornbread Combine baking mix, cornmeal and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk.
Beat until well blended. Carefully stir in melted margarine (it may
splatter). Pour into greased 9 in. square pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40
minutes or until done. Serves 6.
Skillet beef "stew" and noodles In saucepot, cook noodles as directed.
Trim fat from steak and cun into 1 1/2" chunks. Thinly slice carrots and onions. Cut mushrooms in half.

actually sell them door-to-door every morning in London until the turn of
the century Dilled "chilled" carrots (sonf gazar subji) Saute cumin seeds in oil until they begin to pop. Add asafetida, chili,
shallots, turmeric and gingerroot. Saute until shallots are soft, about 3
minutes.
Add carrots, broth and coriander.
Cover and simmer until carrots are tender and liqu "irish coffee" pudding *You can also use Irish Mist. -- Separate the yolks from the whites of
eggs. In a bowl, cream with yolks with the sugar. Heat the coffee until
hot but not boiling: add the gelatine and dissolve it in the coffee. Add
this mixture to the yolks a "egg in the hole" with extra cinnamon on the hole! Melt the butter in the skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cut a 3-inch

powder, cumin, oregano & salt over meat; mix well to coat evenly. Add
remaining ingredients e "drunken" pork chops Season pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in heavy, large skillet over
medium-high heat. Add pork; saute until brown and just cooked through,
about 5 minutes per side. Transfer pork to plate; tent with foil to keep

1/2 c Non-fat milk
8 oz No-yolk wide noodles

1. Melt margarine in large non-stick skillet over low heat. Add onions and
cook, stir Alexander walters' "french canadian chili" 2 x Green peppers
2 x Yellow peppers, chopped
1 x Jalapeno pepper, seeded
10 oz White mushrooms, chopped
5 x Garden tomatoes, chopped
5 x Plum tomatoes, chopped
2 cn (6 oz) tomato paste
2 cn (28 oz) stewed tom "out of the park" pudding-wiches STIR peanut butter in small bowl until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add
pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk or at low speed of electric mixer until
well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
SPREAD pudding mixture about 1/2 inch thick on cookie. Top with seco "philly" 15 minute cheesecake Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform
pan.
Combine cream cheese and sugar mixing at medium speed on electric mixer

Freeze in 1 cup portions.
This way you can adjust the hot peppers to suit yourself, and making small
batches is so easy!

1. Cream butter and cream cheese in large mixer bowl. Beat in sugar until
smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder. Chill

tomatoes. put in blender with remaining ingredients and blend for a minute
or until smooth, unless you prefer your salsa chunky.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes great &quo "instant" chocolate mousse Put the chocolate and instant coffee in food processor fitted with steel
blade, or a blender, and process for a few seconds until chocolate is
finely chopped. With the machine running, pour the boiling water in through
