1/2 bread crumbs
1/6 Ounce(s) italian seasonings

2 Ounce(s) + 2 T chicken broth
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place half the mushrooms in the bottom of a baking dish. Dip each chicken breast in the egg and roll in bread crumbs/italian seasoning mix. Brown the chicken breasts in a skillet in butter for a few minutes on each side. Lay the breasts over the mushrooms, pour the broth in the pan, top with cheese and remaining mushrooms. Bake for 35 minutes.
