Directions: 1. Put water on to cook pasta. 2. Cut up zucchini and summer squash into thin slices. Cut up mushroom into pieces as well. 3. Add about 2 tablespoons olive oil to a skillet. Cover. Heat and then add garlic (for a mintue) then squashes and mushrooms. 4. Cut chicken into small pieces and then cook in a separate skillet in about a tablespoon of olive oil. 5. Once both chicken and veggies are done, combine both and add basil pesto sauce. Mix well. 6. Serve on pasta with parmesan cheese. This recipe goes well with Tomoatoes with Balsalmic Vinegar and Italian Bread.

Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinegar
