2 Ounce(s) 8oz tomato sauce
5 1/3 Ounce(s) parsley flakes
4 Pound(s) chicken breast
2/3 water or white wine
8 carrot
1/2 Bunch(s) tarragon
1 diced onion
4 medium potatoes
Directions: Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into chunks and place in casserole dish along with diced onion, parsley flakes and tarragon. Pour 1 can of tomato sauce over top. Lay chicken breasts on top and cover with remaining can of tomato sauce. Fill can 2/3 full with wine or water to wash it out and add to casserole along sides, no on chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 425A°F basting once half way through cooking.
