Chicken Piri Piri



Ingredients:
2 Ounce(s) extra virgin olive oil
2 Package(s) cider vinegar
1 Ounce(s) seeded and minced jalapeno pepper
1 Clove(s) minced garlic
1/4 red pepper flakes
417/10000 Ounce(s) salt
4 Pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions: Heat grill or grill pan to high. Whisk together oil, vinegar, jajapeno, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt in a small bowl. Place chicken in a shallow dish. Add 3 tablespoons of the marinade and turn to coat. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Grill chicken, turning often, until juices run clear, about 10 minutes. Drizzle with remaining sauce (do not use any of the leftover marinade) and serve.
