1 cut up broccoli
5 large ripe tomato
1 Ounce(s) chicken broth
1 Pound(s) to taste parmesan cheese
1 Ounce(s) to taste oregano
4 Pound(s) cubed or strips boneless chicken breast
1 to taste basil
16 Ounce(s) evaporated milk
10 small shell pasta
Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions. Steam broccoli until tender. Cut chicken into cubes or strips and brown in olive oil in large skillet. Cook until no longer pink. Add oregano and basil, garlic, chicken broth and tomatoes. Satue for a few minutes. Add evaporated milk, stir. Add cooked broccoli, stir. Add pasta and stir. Serve with parmesan cheese and french bread.
