Directions: Combine all the ingredients except cooking spray in a bowl, and stir
until well-blended.
Pack mixture into an 8- x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cut meat loaf into
12 slices.
