Chicken Encilada Casserole



Ingredients:
1/2 chopped onion
4 Pound(s) boiled, boned, chopped chicken breast
1 Can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 Can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 Ounce(s) small, chopped green chili
8 Ounce(s) sour cream
1 Pound(s) butter
4 corn or flour tortilla
163/625 Pound(s) grated cheddar cheese
Directions: Saute onions in butter until clear. Add chicken, soups and chilies. Mix in sour cream. Grease casserole. Line bottom with tortillas, then spread 1/2 chicken mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese, repeat. Bake at 350 deg until cheese melts.
