1/2 chopped onion

Directions: Sauce: Cook onion, garlic, and pepper in butter until onions are tender. Stir flour into sour cream; add to onion mix. Stir in soup and chili peppers all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in ? cups cheese. Filling: Stir ? cup sauce into chicken. Soften tortillas in microwave. Place about ? cup filling atop of each tortilla. Roll up. Arrange rolls, seam sides down, in lightly greased 12x 7 ? x2 in. baking dish. Atop with remaining sauce. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake uncovered until cheese melts. Let stand for 10 minutes.
