Directions: Heat oil in skillet. Saute chicken breasts. Preheat to 375 degrees. Unroll 4 large crescent rectangles. Layer each with thinly sliced brie, 3 leaves spinach, and proscuitto. Place chicken in dough wrap until completely enclosed. Bake 10-15 minutes. Drizzle with bearnaise sauce if you like.
