Directions: Mix together onion, peas, ham, pepperoni, oil, vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Pour chickpea mixture over chicken. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
Note: Chick peas are marketed as garbanzo beans in some areas.
