1/4 margarine
1 Can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
3 Slice(s) bacon
1 Can(s) thyme
1 bay leaves
1 granulated chicken bouillon
1 Can(s) fresh, sliced mushrooms
1 bedsprings (spiral noodles)
Directions: Chicken & Bedsprings 1/4 cube margarine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 medium onion, chopped 2-3 strips bacon 1 tsp thyme 1 bay leaves 1 TBSP gran ulated chicken bouillon (NOT cubed) red wine water 1 cut up fryer salt & pepper to taste 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 small package spiral noodles (bedsprings!) Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine with thyme and chicken bouillon. Place chicken in large pot - stir in uncooked noodles. On top of chicken and needles, add sauteed onions and mushrooms. Cover with mushroom soup, undiluted. Lay strips of bacon on top of soup - pace bay leaves on bacon. Pour in one soup can or red wine and one soup can of water. Cover and cook for 1 to 1 ? hours until chicken is done.
