In a 3-quart saucepan, saute the onion in margarine until it is soft but
not brown. Add milk, potatoes, lox, wings of lox (if used) and pepper.
Simmer until potatoes are very soft, about 30 minutes. Make sure the soup White cheddar cracker croutons In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cayenne, salt, mustard, and butter. Mix until mixture resembles a coarse crumb-like mixture. Add the cheese and mix well. Add the water a tablespoon at a time and let sit for 1 minute. Brown the chicken in the oil, then remove and drain. Add the onion and garlic and saute until soft. Add the chile and curry powder and saute for an additional 2 minutes.

boil; reduce the heat to medium and cook just until the potatoes are
tender, about 15 minutes. Hot potato & broccoli salad Cook potatoes until tender, then dice; cook broccoli until tender. Keep
both hot. Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring. Pour
over the vegetables and toss gently. (May be served hot or cold.) Cal: 160,

My hearty soup Put water in large stock pot and add meat. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil and if you have it put a diffuser under pot and keep
the heat just below a simmer. This is like a crockpot, but my
crockpot is too small.
