Chambourd Cheesecake



Ingredients:
3 egg
1/2 chambord
1/2 rasberry jam, seedless
417/10000 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
489/5000 Pound(s) melted butter
19 Ounce(s) cream cheese
1 crushed gram crackers, chocolate
163/625 Pound(s) sugar
Directions: -preheat 350 -combine butter, cracker crumbs, and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Press into buttered spring-form -beat cheese till smooth. add 1/2 Cup sugar. -add vanilla, jam, chambord, then each egg -pour into pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 -let it cool for about 15 minutes then use a knife to cut around the edges then open the springform. I like to drizzle melted white and dark chocolate over top. gives it a nice look.
