Directions: In large bowl, blend oil and sugars on low until well mixed. Add vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts and carrots by hand. Pour batter into well greased and floured 10" tube pan or fluted pan. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan, then top with powdered sugar or frosting of your choice.

1 rounded Caramel banana cake Heat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, oatmeal, soda &
salt in ungreased 9" baking dish. Mix with fork. Add remaining
ingredients except glaze & stir. Bake 30-35 minutes until pick comes
out clean. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Crumb coffee cake Crumble shortening into sugar and flour. Reserve 3/4 c of the mixture for
topping. To the remaining dry ingredients add shortening, milk and egg.
Mix well and place in deep, 8" square baking dish.Cover with the 3/4 c
reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degr Caramel pudding cake Cream butter and sugar. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to
creamed mixture. Mix with milk. Stir in raisins. Spread into an 8-inch
greased pan. Combine brown sugar and water; pour over batter in pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
English lemon cake Cream butter and 1 cup sugar in a mixer bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Add
dry ingredients and milk; mix until smooth. Pour into a 9X5X3-inch greased
loaf pan. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Combine lemon juice, 1/3 cup sugar, and le 1-2-3-4-5 cake Mix butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Next add vanilla extract. Stir
in milk and then baking powder. Fold flour in gently. Bake at 350F for 30
minutes or until cake center bounces back from slight pressure.
