Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine crumbs, walnuts, 4 tablespoons butter, corn syrup and salt. Loosen skin and stuff chicken with mixture. Secure with wooden picks. Saute chicken in 2 tablespoons hot butter; arrange in baking pan. Combine pineapple, reserved juice, orange juice, bourbon and remaining butter; spoon over chicken. Bake chicken until cooked through, about 35 minutes. Transfer chicken to platter, spoon juices over and garnish with oranges and bananas.
