Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon(s) Instant coffee
2 Tablespoon(s) Orange juice
2 Tablespoon(s) Brandy flavoring
7 Ounce(s) Marshmallow creme
3 Cup(s) Crushed chocolate wafers
1 Cup(s) Chopped pecans
2 Tablespoon(s) Orange peel
2 Tablespoon(s) Cocoa
2 Tablespoon(s) Confectioner's sugar |
Directions: Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Makes about 5 dozen.
