(Newscaster) Brought to Reames cheesy broccoli tuna bake Preheat oven to 350'F. Cook noodles in boiling water 20 minutes. Blend
soup and milk into smooth sauce. Add onions and mushrooms. Drain
noodles. Layer 1 1/2 cups noodles, 1/3 cup tuna and 1 cup broccoli in
a 2-quart casserole. Pour in 1 cup o Deviled tuna bake TUNA: In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly to combine. Spoon evenly into individual baking dishes. Sprinkle topping over tuna mixture. Run under broiler, six
inches from heat, until crumb mixture browns Fish fillets pan-fried with pancetta and caper herb butter 1. In a food processor mix butter, parsley, garlic, capers till the mixture turns into paste.

Caper mayonnaise for meat fondue Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Tuna melt Combine chuck white tuna with mayonnaise. Beat together egg and milk and
set aside. Place a slice of swiss cheese on each 2 slices of bread whole
wheat bread. Spread each piece of bread with tuna mixture, then add
another slice of swiss chee Tuna shrimp delight 1. Place first 4 ingredients in a shallow, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant,
non-metallic casserole. Pour sherry over ingredients and mix gently.
2. Arrange asparagus spears over mixture and heat in Microwave Oven 8
minutes
or until mixture bubb Linguine tuna salad * Thaw peas before using in this salad.

Cook Linguine according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a

onions. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes
or until potatoes are tender. Add sage, paprika, and white pepper.

Spread each bread around with butter and tuna mixture. Tops may be
decorated with spring of parsley, bit of pimineto or olive slice. Makes 12

to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning fish occasionally.
2. Preheat broiler. Remove fish from dish, discarding marinade. Brush oil over
fish, sprinkle w Turkey tuna If you buy unseasoned stuffing mix, add 1 teaspoon dried sage, thyme,
or marjoram along with the poultry seasoning. Saute onion in butter
until soft and add celery, stuffing mix, and seasoning. Heat,
stirring constantly. Remove from heat and ad Camp tuna and rice Heat tuna in its oil in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Caper olive bread (abm) Bake According to Manufacturer's Instructions. Add OLIVES and CAPERS five minutes before the final kneading is finished. Caper toss Rub eating bowl with garlic. Toss pasta, butter together until butter melted. Throw in everything except pepper. Toss all together and place in eating bowl. Fresh ground pepper on top.
Warm potato & tuna salad. 1. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes or until
tender.
2. While the potatoes are cooking mix together the spring onions, most of
the parsley, the lemon juice vinegar and olive oil. Drain the potatoes and
place in Caper butter sauce Serve with fish, chicken or vegetables. In skillet melt butter; add capers,
lemon juice and salt.
Tuna fish, mushrooms, and celery Drain tuna well. Discard liquid and set tuna fish aside for later use.
Place margarine in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Melt over moderate heat. Add
celery and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, over moderate heat
until celery is limp. Add Caper baked trout Heat oven to 350 degrees. Tip: melt the butter as the oven heats.
Clean and wash fish. Sprinkle with salt and place in a buttered baking
dish. Pour butter over fish and cook about 20 minutes or until fish flakes
with a fork. Remove fish from bakin Tuna & marmaide Toast and butter bread. Spread each slice with 1/2 tb or orange marmaide.
Top with 1/4 can tuna. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

tuna slices with Dijon mustard and spread the seasoned breadcrumbs over the

dressing, and onion. Form into 4 patties. Barbecue or fry for 3 to 4
minutes on each side until cooked through. Place patties on

Bean & tuna salad Mix together oil, vivegar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and onion in a shallow bowl. Cover
and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Transfer bean mixture to serving
platter with slotted spoon. Break tuna into chunks and arrange on
bean mixture.
Tuna and rice creole 1. Heat fat in skillet. Add rice, green pepper, onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
2. Drain mixed vegetables.
3. Combine rice with stewed tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to boil, cover and simmer until rice is cooked, about 25 minutes.
4. Stir in Hot tuna salad sandwiches Combine all ingredients and pt into the hot dog rolls. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
