carrots, reduce the heat to medium, and cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Add
the cauliflower to the pan and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Add the

Note: I bake mine for 10 "fred's schezuan sauce" Well, this is NOT non-fat, but is low fat. It's kind of a Schezuan sauce I
guess, of my own invention. If I could figure out how to avoid using the
oil it would be non-fat, but anything I've tried has been less than yummy.
