Directions: In a large bowl, combine chicken, blueberries, celery, grapes and almonds.
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over the chicken mixture
and toss gently. Spoon into cantaloupe halves. Serves 6.

The night before you plan on slow cooking your dinner, mix together
the marinade ingredients in a large, closable container large enough
to also hold the chicken pieces. When marinade is thoroughly mixed,
