Directions: Heat oven to 400^. Melt the butter. Mince the garlic. Combine the melted butter, the garlic, 2 ts. salt, the paprika, basil, thyme and cayenne. Brush the entire chicken with the butter mixture and put it in a roasting pan. Roast until done, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Tend with foil if the chicken browns too much.
