Directions: Heat a small skillet over med. heat, add cabbage, add some salt, milk. Close the lid, saute over low till cabbage becomes tender. Stirring constantly, add cream of wheat, cook for 10min. Add the egg, mix well. Sprinkle the bottom of a baking dish with bread crumbs, add the cabbage mix, and pour sour cream over it. Bake on 450F for 20 min.
