Ingredients: 2 egg 163/2500 Pound(s) butter 1 chopped white onion 1/2 Pound(s) ground beef 1 kg, thinly shredded cabbage 300 grams cream 200 grams shredded any cheese |
Directions: 1. If using cauliflower break into small florets. Boil in salted water for 5 min.
2. If using white cabbage, thinly slice it, mix with salt, let sit for 20-30min.
3. Add some oil into a frying pan, add onions and ground beef, salt, pepper. Combine the meat mixture with cabbage.
4. Put ingredients from #3 in a glass baking mold.
5. Beat eggs and add cream. Pour over the cabbage.
6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour on 380-400.
7. Spead the cheese over the bake 10 minutes before taking out.
Comments: Good mid-week dinner. |
