CREAMY RANCH SALAD DRESSING



Ingredients:
1/4 Teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/2 Teaspoon(s) dried basil
1/12 Ounce(s) garlic powder
1/3 Tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
2 green onions, chopped
2/3 Cup(s) low-fat plain yogurt
1 Cup(s) low-fat cottage cheese
Directions: In food processor or blender, process cottage cheese andyogurt until smooth. Pour into bowl and stir in onions and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min so flavours develop. Store for up to one week. Stir before serving. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
