bring to a boil. Cover & simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Add 2 more cups of
water along with the rest of the ingredients. Cover & simmer for 25 to 30

Drizzle with oil. Bake until soft, stirring occasionally, about 50
minutes. Cool. Meanwhile, char peppers over gas flame or under broiler

In a medium size oven baking dish combine rice, beef consomme, French
onion soup Mexican corn chip casserole In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
Add soup, corn and chilies; mix well.
In an ungreased shallow 3-qt. baking dish, layer meat mixture, corn chips and enchilada sauce; top with cheese.
Bake, uncover Raspberry cheese pie Combine the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl, using an electric mixer
set at medium speed, until smooth and fluffy. Add the sugar and eggs
blending well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees F.
for 35 minutes or until a knife inser Chili cheese strata Salsa details: Use 1 (8 oz.) jar "mild green chili salsa" OR combine 4 oz. chopped green chilies and 8 oz. salsa.

until golden brown and crisp, then Savory rice Melt butter in skillet and cook onions and celery until translucent. Into
buttered casserole dish put alternate layers of rice, onion/celery
mixture, and mushrooms. Add salt and a little pepper. Pour the two cans of
broth over the mix and place covered in Roast turkey with wild rice stuffing Prepare wild rice per directions on package, dissolving 3 teaspoons
bouillon in water before adding rice. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
In medium skillet, cook celery and green pepper in butter until tender.
