translucent. Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, chicken and
peppers. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. In a large saucepan, heat cream
and dissolve bouillion cubes in it. Set aside. Smoked cheese bread Fire up smoker and add a liberal amount of grape chips for best flavor.
Combine first four ingredients in blender for sixty seconds. Spread thin
layer on bread slices. Top each bread slice with a hefty hadndful of
cheese and arrange on a foil 5 can chicken casserole Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45
minutes. If you don't want to use canned chicken, you can substitute
1 or 2 baked or boiled chicken breasts cut into small pieces.

From: Randy Rigg D Brown rice, lentil, and spinach curry Wash lentils and put them in a saucepan with 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to very low, and cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat until ready to add to the rice.
Heat the saute liquid in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven. Add oni Wild rice and apricot salad Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
Cook the rice according to instructions. Rinse and refresh in cold water.
Roughly chop the dried apricots.
Place the almonds on a baking tray and place in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes until golde Basmati rice Combine rice and water. Bring water to boil on high heat. Cover, lower heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Keefer court sticky rice dumplings For dough: Mix the rice flour, sugar, and water. Knead into a
smooth dough. Roll into a long roll and cut into 20 pieces.
For filling: Dice pork, mix with the rice win, cornstarch, and
salt. Heat pan and oil, stir-fry pork mixture Hungarian cheese spread Mix cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape
into smooth mound on serving plate. Garnish with 1 tsp. capers. Hungarian

Miss allie's chicken and rice casserole 1. Preheat oven to 350'F.
2. Place half of the chicken in a Dutch oven (or heavy casserole with tight-fitting lid) and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover with the onions, mushrooms and half of the butter. Cover with remaining chicken, season, and Bunny's black beans and dirty rice soup Saute the veggies in the cup chicken broth til soft in a pressure cooker.
Toss all remaining ingredients in the pot stir lock lid in place bring up
to high pressure level out and cook for 12 min. Release pressure an let sit
closed for 5 min.
Sizzling rice with shrimp 1. Shell and devein shrimp. Combine cornstarch, sherry and salt; then add

While pasta is cooking, in med saucepan, melt 2 T of the margarine.
Remove from heat; add flour and stir until blended in. Whisk in stock
and milk, stirring over med heat until mixture Mozzarella cheese Process all ingredients in a blender for several
minutes until very smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until very thick and smooth.
Pack into a lightly oiled, 3 cup rectangular mold,
loaf pan, or other Wild and white rice with cherries, apricots, and pecans For best results, be sure to cook this rice dish on the low heat setting for the time specified Also, you must use converted rice. Do not overcook, or you'll end up with mush. Serve with chicken, turkey, or ham.
MAKES ABOUT 8 TO 10 SERVINGS
1. In a 3 Brown rice ambrosia Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill.
Red beans and rice with salsa Pick over and rinse the beans. Put them into a large bowl and cover
completely with cold water. Let the beans soak overnight (or for at least
8 hours).
Drain the beans and transfer them to a large pot. Add the 3 cups water.
Bring to a boi Rice polaf salad Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before
serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
Spinach/cheese stromboli Preheat oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes and turn off. Combine
yeast, sugar and warm water in a small mixing bowl. Set aside for 5
minutes until foamy. In the workbowl of a food processor, add flour,
butter pieces and salt. Process for 20 sec Red bell pepper and cheddar cheese spread Preheat oven to 375øF. Place onion and garlic in small baking dish.
Drizzle with oil. Bake until soft, stirring occasionally, about 50
minutes. Cool. Meanwhile, char peppers over gas flame or under broiler
until blackened on all sides. Cool 10 Cheese and pasta pie Combine the pasta, oil and 2 eggs and press into the bottom and up the
sides of a 10" quiche or pie pan. Cover the edge of the pasta with greased
foil to prevent burning. Bake in a 375 degree oven 7 to 10 minutes or until
set.
Cook the Pineapple cheese bread Blend and sift dry ingredients Combine pineapple, egg and oil and add to
dry mixture. Fold in cheese and walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan and
let sit 10 min. Bake in 350 oven 45 - 50 min. or until tooth pick comes
out clean when tested with it. Broccoli-rice bake Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add frozen broccoli, cooking over
low heat until broccoli is tender. Add chicken soup, Cheese Whiz and rice.
Pour into 3-quart casserole. Heat in 350 oven for about 25 minutes or until
bubbly. Serves 14-16. |
