pot, add onion, and boil. Add rice, garlic paste, salt, Tabasco, and
molasses. Lower heat and simmer, covered, until rice has absorbed almost
all the water, usually 40- Cumin confetti rice Heat broth to boiling in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook garlic, onions, and bell peppers in broth 5 to 8 minutes, stirring
frequently, until bell pepper is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients;
heat through.
Noodle casserole with caramelized onions Preheat oven to 425. Butter a 9 or 10-inch pie plate. (Using a 10-inch pie plate will produce a thinner, crustier casserole.) In a large

tender. Stir in rice, seasonings, and lemon juice. Place fillets in
buttered shallow baking dish. Spoon rice mixture on lower portion of each
fillet. Fold over to enclose Cheese casserole 1. Drain chili peppers. Remove seeds and chop peppers coarsely.
2. In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl melt butter in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
3. Add onion and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until tender. Add chil Matzo cheese latkes (pancakes) In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks until they light and frothy. Stir in
the cheese, matzo meal, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well. Taste and add salt
