Rice with spinach herbs & cheese PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Cook rice in salted water until tender but still
undercooked (15 minutes for white rice, 30 minutes for brown). Drain, rinse
with cold water, drain again and set aside. Wash spinach and remove stems.

softened. In mixer bowl combine cheese, onion, milk and worcestershire;
beat with electric mixer till fluffy. Divide the mixture into thirds, about
1 cup each. To one portion beat 2-cheese cheese ball Blend together cheeses and Hidden Valley dressing package contents with
hands and shape into ball or log. Roll in walnuts or pecans. Refrigerate.
Ham and hash brown casserole In a large mixing bowl combine sour cream and soup. Stir in hash browns, ham , american cheese and onion. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine cornflakes and melted margarine. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350A°F for 30 minutes. Maple nut cheese 1. Combine yogurt cheese, maple flavoring, and corn syrup in small bowl.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Add walnuts.
4. Stir together.
Cheese diablo wafers Mix all ingredients and shape in 1-inch balls.
Arrange about 2 inches apart on baking sheet and bake in very hot oven (450 degrees F.) about 6 minutes.
Serve hot or cool. Makes about 4 dozen
NOTE: Reduce the amount of cayenne pepper for a milder wafer.
Bean and feta cheese salad Combine all salad ingredients except cheese in a large bowl. Mix gently.
Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cheesy ham and hasbrown casserole Preheat oven to 375A°F. LIghtly greas 9 X 13 inch baking dish. In a large bowl mix hasbrowns, ham, cream of potato soup, cheddar cheese and sour cream. Buckwheat crepes with onions, apples, and cheese Prepare the Buckwheat Crepes and set aside.
Peel the onions, cut them in half lengthwise, and then slice them thickly.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in each of two
large non-stick pans, and divide the onions between them. Chicken macaroni casserole Heat oven to 350F. Stir together all ingredients; pour into an ungreased 1
1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cover; bake 1 hour.
Sweet potato casserole (senator russel) - topping Mix well and crumble over top of prepared filling.
Baked corn pudding Melt butter in a 5-quart pan over medium heat; add onion, garlic, and bell
peppers. Cook, stirring often, until onion is soft (about 10 minutes).
Stir in flour, salt, sugar, and pepper; cook, stirring, until bubbly.
Remove from heat; add corn, egg Cheese and chutney spread Combine cheese, chutney and curry powder in a mixing bowl; beat together
adding milk slowly until mixture holds together in a fairly smooth ball.
Roll in chopped green onions. Wrap and store in refrigerator until serving
time.
Makes 10 servi 5 can chicken casserole Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45
minutes. If you don't want to use canned chicken, you can substitute
1 or 2 baked or boiled chicken breasts cut into small pieces.

enough in diameter to hold chicken in a single layer. Heat oil in pot
over medium heat. Brown chicken in hot oil for 20 minutes, turning to
brown both sides. Drain on paper to Mexican chicken & noodles casserole In a microwave casserole dish, add celery, peppers,
onion, and butter. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from
dish. Line casserole with tortilla strips. In another
bowl, stir in soup, milk, sour cream, and cheese. Mix.
Add cooked vegetables, noodle Buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese-buttermilk dressing Combine the first three ingredients in a large dish. Add chicken, tossing
to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cut
carrot and celery lengthwise into 12 thin strips using a vegetable peeler.

Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 min Chile cheese casserole Melt oleo, add flour, add milk and cook unti thick. Drain corn and
add to eggs, and bread crumbs. Add to oleo, flour and milk mix. In a
deep casserole, put half of the corn mixture, layer 1/3 cheese and
peppers, make 2 more layers. Sprinkle cr Cheese onion morsels Beat cheese and butter. Add egg and water. Blend. Combine flour, salt,
sugar, baking powder and paprika. Add flour mixture, onions and parsley to
the cheese mixture. Blend. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350øF for 15
minutes or until golden brown Cup cheese ** Thick milk is soured milk.
Scald thick milk by baking it at 350-F for a few minutes; allow to remain
long enough to bake the curds. Drain off the water, put curds in an earthen
vessel and keep at a moderately warm temperature (about 75-F). Corn and bean salsa Chop peppers, tomato and onion very fine. Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate and Eat.
Turkey chili casserole Preparation Time: 0:15
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray;
set aside. In a saucepan, melt margarine over medium-high heat; sprinkle
with flour. Cook, whisking quickly and constantly, for 2 minutes. Whisk in
milk Easy chicken casserole Cook chicken breasts (save broth). Cut into bite size pieces. Place
in bottom of 9 by 13-inch pan. Spread both cans of soup over chicken.
Spread stuffing on top, then add the 3 cups of broth. Bake at 375

bake at 350F 45 minutes. Turn and bake 45 minutes longer, or until
shell yields to pressure. When cool enough to handle, cut squash in

important to watch the amount of liquid used. Keep this rule in
