Dole holiday treats Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs, orange and lemon peel.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat into butter mixture
until blended. Stir in raisins and dates. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto
lightly greased cookie shee Brownies ( maple butterscotch ) In a bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and maple flavoring. Beat in
the eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking powder; add to egg
mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 9-in square baking
pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or unt Butterscotch rolled cookies Mix sugar, salt and butter thoroughly. Add egg and vanilla and beat
till fluffy.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon and add to mixture.
Chill well, several hours, or overnight.
MAKE THE GLAZE: Mix the glaze ingredients together until smooth.

2. Into the top of a double boiler, melt two small packages (2 cups) of butterscotch chips and 3 tablespoons of peanut butter.
