MC F Diabetic yellow cake and fluffy frosting YELLOW CAKE:Place dry ingredients in mixer bowl and mix at low speed
to blend well. Combine 3/4 cup water, oil, sweetener,vanilla and egg
substitute and mix with fork to blend. Add margarine to flour mixture
along with liquid mixture and mix with Whipped cream chocolate frosting Mix (do not whip) all ingredients in a bowl. Set in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Then beat until mixture is so thick it holds it's shape and will stand in peaks. This makes enough frosting for top, sides and between layers of 3 lay Chocolate frosting #1 Milt chocolate and butter in saucepan.
Stir in confectioners' sugar.
Add milk and stir until smooth and shiny.

Burnt sugar 7-minute frosting Place all the ingredients except the vanilla extract in the top of a double
boiler (but don't place over boiling water yet.) Add 1/4 cup of the burnt
sugar syrup. With a small electric mixer, beat 1/2 minute at low speed.

Caramel 7-minute frosting Place all ingredients except flavoring in top of double boiler (not over heat); beat 1 minute with electric mixer. Place over boiling water and cook, beating constantly until frosting forms stiff peaks, about 7 minutes (don't overcook). Remove from Chocolate-vanilla ripple frosting To make chocolate portion, blend sugar and egg in top of double boiler.
Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is amber colored. Remove from
heat; add butter and chocolate. Stir occasionally until butter melts.
Chill until of spreading consistency. Burnt sugar butter cream frosting In a mixing bowl, combine butter, confectioner's sugar, salt, vanilla and
burnt sugar syrup; blend. Add cream and pecans; blend. Ice cooled cake.
Seven minute frosting Put egg whites, sugar, water and corn syrup in upper part of double
boiler. Beat with rotary egg beater until thoroughly mixed.
Place over rapidly boiling water, beat constantly with rotary egg beater,

Brownies ( butterscotch #1 ) Preheat oven to 350'F. Grease an 8" square baking pan. Combine the
butter and brown sugar in a sturdy saucepan and set over moderate
heat. Stir frequently until the mixture is bubbly and the sugar is
melted, then set aside to cool sli Sugar cookie frosting Bring cream and sugar to a boil and boil for one minute. Let cool completely. Add powdered sugar and beat until thick and at the consistency you desire. It should use between 3 and 4 cups. Add coloring and frost.
Mint frosting Beat until smooth sugar, butter milk and peppermint extract.

Buttercream frosting Cream butter, shortening vanilla and s

Brown sugar frosting 1. Combine brown sugar, butter or margarine, and water. heat to boiling, cook 1 minute.
2. Remove from heat, pour into mixer bowl.

Cream shortening and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs and beat 1 minute. Add salt, beat. Add vanilla and coloring to buttermilk. Alternate adding flour and milk mixtures to batter. Combine soda and vinegar in cup and add to cake batter. Bake in (2) 9 Butter cream frosting #3 Beat thoroughly and then spread on doughnuts. Add cocoa if you want chocolate.
Old fashioned butterscotch cookies Melt butter and add brown sugar; dissolve well. Add egg and vanilla.
Beat well. Add milk, flour, salt,and baking powder. Mix and drop by
teaspoons-full onto a greased cookie sheet one inch apart. Bake 8
minutes or until light brown at 375F.
Cherry yogurt frosting Beat egg white in soft peaks; gradually add the yogurt. Beat to stiff
peaks. Spread on 8 X 9" cake. Serve immediately. Yield: Frost sided and

lightly with flour; set pans aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour,
1 1/4 cups sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Add milk, margarine and
vanilla. Beat with an ele Butterscotch candy Combine all the ingredients and cook until a little tried in cold water forms a brittle or hard ball. Pour into a buttered pan and when cool, cut in squares.
White satin frosting Place egg whites, sugar, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler and beat 30 seconds on high speed until blended. light.
Add salt and melted chocolate, blending well. Add vanilla. Cool before
spreading.

Helpful kitchen Fudge ( butterscotch ) Melt butter. Add brown sugar and heat to boiling. Add white sugar, sour cream and salt. cook to 236 degrees. Cool. Add vanilla and nuts then beat until thick. Pour into buttered pan.
Choclate and butterscotch pots de creme For butterschotch pudding:
Preheat oven to 315F . Combine cream and salt in heavy medium saucepan.
Scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean. Bring to simmer over
medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add
butterscotch chips and Cream puff frosting 1. Blend butter and sugar.
2. Stir in vanilla and milk.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Add poppy seeds.
Sour cream chocolate frosting Mix butter and cooled chocolate thoroughly.
Blend in sugar.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla; beat until frosting is smooth and of
spreading consistency.

Devil's food cake with fudge frosting PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350F. Grease two 8-inch layer cake pans well, then dust
then generously with cocoa. (This gives the cake layers a rich brown
finish). Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt onto a piece of waxed
paper and set it aside. Cream Burnt sugar buttercream frosting Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat in the powdered sugar, salt,
vanilla, and burnt sugar syrup.
Add cream to make the frosting good consistency for spreading.(May need up
to 2 Tablespoons or more)
Butterscotch cookies Cream butter, add sugar and then add eggs and vanilla. Sift flour
with cream of tartar and baking soda and add to first mixture. Form
into a roll and allow to stand in ice box overnight. Slice thinly
and bake on a greased baking sheet in moderate oven Browned butter frosting HEAT butter over low heat until golden brown, remove from heat. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
Burnt sugar frosting Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler, beating with a
rotary egg beater until thouroughly mixed. Place over rapidly boiling
water, beat constantly with rotary egg beater, and cook 7 minutes, or until
frosting will stand in peaks. Re Velvet cake and frosting Cream eggs, sugar, oil, and vinegar. Sift cake flour and baking soda
together. Add flour to egg mixture alternately with milk. While still
beating, add vanilla. Bake in 3 8-inch layers at 350F degrees for 25
minutes or until a toothpick comes out 7 minute frosting In top of double boiler combine whites, sugar, corn syrup or cream of
tartar, water, and salt but do not place over boiling water. Beat 30
seconds at low speed of electric mixer. Place over boiling water.
Cook, beating constantly, until stiff peak 14 karat cake w/cream cheese frosting Grease and flour a 9X13X2" pan. Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift flour, sugar,
soda, salt, and cinnamon together. In a mixing bowl, combine dry
ingredients with oil, milk, and eggs. Blend on low speed for about 1
minute. Add carrots and nuts and Creamy coconut frosting Combine milk, sugar, butter, egg yolks and vanilla in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly about 12 minutes or until
thickened.
Mixture will be the consistency of pudding. Remove from heat and stir in
coconut.
