Orange/honey marinade Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 2/3 cup
Baked honey mustard chicken breast 1. Salt and pepper the chicken.
2. Combine all other ingredients.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered 30 to 45 minutes.
5. Baste and turn every 10 minutes.
6. Serve with steamed carrots and use sauce.
Dole honey mustard chicken Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper to
taste. Rub with garlic & thyme. Brown in hot oil in nonstick skillet.
Combine 2 Tbls. reserved juice with starch. Combine honey & mustard;

dressing is also great on sandwiches as well as salads. It will keep at
least a week in the refrigerator.
