Butter Chicken



Ingredients:
1 grated ginger
1 Pound(s) large, finely chopped onion
1 salt
3 butter
4 chicken breast
2 crushed garlic
1 finely chopped chili pepper
1/2 paprika
1 curry powder
1 tomato sauce
1 whipping cream
1 fresh finely chopped coriander
Directions: cut chicken into bite-sized pieces in a saucepan, fry onions in butter until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, chili pappers, paprika and curry powder. Fry for a few seconds. Add tomato sauce, salt and chicken, slowly bringing to a boil. Reduce heat, simmering until chicken is nearly done, about 15-20 minutes. Add whipping cream, stir and simmer until chicken is tender. garnish with coriander. serve with Naan and plain rice.
