Directions: Spray cookie sheet with no-stick spray. Heat oven to 350°. Combine flour, sugar, oats, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until dry ingredients are just moist. Drop onto cookie sheet by spoonfulls. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet then remove to wire rack.
