White chocolate cookies In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and baking soda with an electric
mixer until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour and oats; beat until
blended. Stir in chocolate.
Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased

Dutch spice cookies (windmill cookies) Cream margarine and sugar together, add egg.
Mix dry ingredients; add to butter mixture alternately with milk.
Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth.
Chill at least 4 hours, roll out and cut into shapes.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees.
Peanut butter slice Melt peanut butter, margarine and chipits. Cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients. At once pour into 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with coconut. Should get 24 pieces. Can be frozen.
