Brown Sugar Carrot Cake



Ingredients:
2 Cup(s) Flour
2 Cup(s) Brown sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Cup(s) Oil
4 Eggs
3 Cup(s) Grated carrots
1 Cup(s) Chopped pecans
Directions: Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add oil and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Blend in carrots and pecans. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
